CHALLENGE:

Recording daily bank statements into the ERP system involved 3 employees, each spending an average of 3.30 hours on this task. Each statement required different codes based on item descriptions, making the process prone to human error.

SOLUTION:

Linktera Robotics implemented a UiPath robot to automate the recording of bank statements. Banks send statements directly to the robot, which uploads them to the system and matches each item with the correct code, eliminating the need for manual entry.

OUTCOME:

The automation process eliminated human errors and saved significant time, resulting in a manpower gain equivalent to 1.25 full-time employees. At the end of the day, a detailed report of all transactions is sent to employees, allowing them to focus on more strategic tasks.
