Monthly, data such as business partner numbers and contract numbers for approximately 800 customers must be retrieved and updated from the system. Employees typically spend 15 minutes per customer on this task, making it time-consuming and labor-intensive.

SOLUTION:

Linktera Robotics implemented a UiPath robot to automate the data retrieval process. When the robot receives a customer’s tax identification number, it automatically retrieves the required data from the system and shares it with the relevant business units.
